So..... I have a lot of tools (Snap on, Mac, Stihl, Dewat, Jet, Grace, Wiha, Craftsman, etc, etc). That also means that I have a lot of screw drivers. My guess is that, in most folks accumulation of tools (if you’re anything like me) you also have handy but, very inexpensive tools too. As I go along in life I try to replace these inexpensive tools with better ones. This is the story of such a tale.... LoLNumber of years ago I discovered the Wiha tool brand and have been impressed. Now as you may know, some tool brands are better at making certain tools. I think this is one of those stories. Wiha seems to make quality screw drivers for the price point. This particular Wiha screw driver replaces a lesser quality one I had for years. I use for general purpose use and I have happy to have it. It does have a great value for the money. It doesn’t have the same weight balance as a Snap on might but, there is a reason for cost.Over time I will find out if the quality is similar or not and will update this review as needed.Only potential negative is the over length. It is a little too long for the “size”. I would prefer it to be a little shorter (of course you can get different lengths of the same “size” driver if you need to).Over all, I would buy this driver again (buy it in a set if you can, as you will get an even better price point per driver - That is if you need a whole set).Hope this helpsBUEN AGARRE Y ROBUSTEZI'm a machine tool maintenance tech. These Philips driver fit! They don't slip! They are well made and worth the money .I have lots of snap on screwdrivers but always reach for one of the Wiha set. I lost my number 2 to a dishonest electrician who apparently also likes my driver. Anyway. Bought this to replace but didn't pay attention to the length. This has a long shaft so there are times I can't use. Won't fit, too long. However, that was my fault and I'll probably buy the one to replace the missing one in my set. Great handles, very well made tool.A very good tool, but a little expensive. I would like also the tool has the ESD certification .Either there was a mistake with my shipment, or this screwdriver was meant to be this long!I was expecting a screwdriver of standard length - about 7 inches. But this one is about a foot long!Other than that I like it. It sits firmly in my hand. It's strong and reliable. I almost like it!Do I like this product? - almostWould I buy it again? - yes, but shorter oneWould I recommend it to others? - yesNice solid screwdriver. We like using WIHA tools in our technology centre, and this fellow is constantly being shared and preferred to many of the other screwdrivers lying around. Tip seems as though it should hold up for the long-term, and has a nice secure hold in the screw head. Note that we purchased ours through "KC Tool German Tools" through Amazon's website. Pleased with the pricing and quick (free) shipping.I like to use good tools Wiha Makes The Best ScrewdriversI have used this so many times since purchasing. Put my whole house furniture together with it! Love the grip. Everyone needs a good screwdriver and this is one.Nice tip. Very nice handle, which I prefer to wera or pbswissVERY good screwdiver but not as good as wera ph2 x100 the handle is a bit smallI bought this to use at work because it fits the screws on our machines perfectly and the hard steel means it will last a long time. The handle is a little large but that’s just being a bit pickyFeels like it would last forever. Solid sturdy tool. I’d get more from Wiha. I don’t have any long term experience, though.
